If you need help redeeming a voucher, please make sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Where and when you bought your voucher.
  • Your voucher code (16-digits at the top of the voucher).
  • Your voucher Ref ID (16-digits at the bottom of the voucher).
  • A description of the problem you're having or the error message you're seeing.
